1) All Certificates of Competency under STCW Regulations II/1, II/2, III/1, III/2, III/6 or Regulation IV and Certificates of Proficiency under STCW Regulations II/4, II/5, III/4, III/5, III/7, Regulation V or Regulation VI issued by this Administration comply with the requirements of the STCW Convention, as amended in 2010; 2) All Tables of Competence under the STCW Code have been considered and Seafarers competence has been verified against their requirements before any Ukrainian Certificate of Competence or Certificate of Proficiency is issued. This includes, but not limited, Leadership and Teamworking Skills, High Voltage Installations, Bridge Resource Management, Engine Room Resource Management, Ship Manoeuvring and Handling with the use of Radar/ARPA and ECDIS Navigation. |
